Our Public Speaking and Oral Communication / Presentation Skills programmes, including all Speech / Oral-based courses, are fully accredited, affiliated and endorsed by LAMDA (The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) and Trinity College London. LAMDA and Trinity College are the two largest Speech and Drama Boards in the world, with LAMDA established as early as 1861. This ensures that all our speech and oral-based courses are recognised, well-structured and delivered, whilst remaining relevant to the needs of your pupils. Should you desire, we offer the option for our courses to lead to internationally recognised official speech / drama certification and graded examinations for your pupils or teachers. Currently we are the only genuine provider who has the background, experience and endorsement from both LAMDA and Trinity College London, to register, train and obtain such international certification for your pupils. We also integrate such syllabuses into actual course material.
Public Speaking / Oral Communication Internationally Certified Master Trainer
As A-Star’s Director and Master Trainer to all our oral-based courses, Jeffrey Charles Kelly has obtained Official International Accreditation in Public Speaking and Oral Communication. As such, he currently possesses a Grade 6 (Distinction – Bronze Medal), in Public Speaking itself, from the world renowned and prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA). This is in addition to the Grade 5 Certificate (Distinction), achieved previously. Coupled with his Australian teaching registration and post-graduate Education qualifications, this further endorsement from the World’s largest Speech and Drama Board serves to further ensure the standard of our speech and oral-based courses in terms of accreditation, structure and delivery. Most of our trainers also possess similar certification.
